CASA SERVICES provides waste disposal, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing services to residential and commercial clients. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Service Description

Waste Disposal: We collect and dispose of non-hazardous waste materials in accordance with local regulations. Hazardous waste disposal is not within the scope of our services.

Carpet Cleaning: We offer professional carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Stain removal and deodorizing services are also available upon request.

Pressure Washing: Our pressure washing services include cleaning of exterior surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and siding using high-pressure water jets.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointment Scheduling: Clients must schedule appointments for services in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Rates: Our service rates are provided upon request and may vary based on the scope and size of the project.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, cheque, credit card and electronic payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

Late Payment: A late payment fee may be applied to outstanding balances not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Liability

Property Damage: While we take every precaution to avoid damage to property during our services, CASA SERVICES is not liable for any damage caused to property, including but not limited to carpets, flooring, or exterior surfaces.

Personal Injury: Clients assume all risks associated with our services, including the risk of personal injury. CASA SERVICES is not liable for any injuries sustained during or as a result of our services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
